During a long and productive day, Doctor Schmerlöffer determined the main directions of treatment for his patients. He paid special attention to three people who were scheduled for a minor examination that evening. Despite the busy day, this procedure did not burden the patients in any way, as they practically didn't have to do anything.

Sunlight reflecting off the snow-covered slopes of Deer Valley made Ishida Kaito (Dún Scáith) squint, thereby drastically reducing the quality of his perception of the surrounding reality. The samurai held a katana firmly in his strong hands, but was that enough to defeat the countless blue ghosts that surrounded him on all sides? The bizarre creatures constantly changed their shape, turning from men into trees, from trees into women, from women into stones. But despite the external changes, they continued to attack Ishida. And every time he failed to swing his sword in time, they seemed to seep inside him, making the man's body heavier and heavier. It is unknown how long he would have lasted if it hadn't been for the winged warrior who descended from the heavens. Standing side by side with Ishida, the angel-like figure began to wield a sword just as well as the samurai. In the end, they managed to defeat the ghosts. The surrounding landscape changed to impenetrable darkness, the warrior smirked and disappeared, and Kaito felt the peace and tranquility that he hadn't felt in a very long time. The guest from the land of the rising sun woke up shortly before the alarm clock. He felt great, he didn't want to be angry with anyone or cut off children's heads. The day started well, so he could think about the strange dream he had.

On the morning of the second day, everyone gathered again for breakfast in one place. There were some oddities; Ursula Fitler diligently interrogated one of the patients, not letting him have breakfast properly.
