Like the other patients, William von Braun (Evil Lizard) went to his room. The single suite had all the necessary amenities and even more. When the man opened the envelope, he found a schedule for the day, the name of the medicine he should take, and instructions for it. William spent the rest of the evening as he pleased, took the medicine, and went to bed according to the schedule. Von Braun had a strange dream. He found himself in the Iranian-Byzantine war. Chaos, the clatter of weapons, severed limbs, cries for help, blood everywhere, dust billowing. A hunched rider is rushing towards him; William tries to raise his sword, intending to meet the enemy with dignity, but he cannot. Another moment, and the rider will knock him down, but a winged warrior appears out of nowhere. He strikes the rider with his mighty hands, and the rider splits into pieces, like a porcelain vase. William wakes up. The man looks at the clock and sees that the alarm clock should ring in a minute. He feels surprisingly good. Apparently, the pills prescribed by the doctor are working. How else to explain such a good feeling?

As expected, the day began with a meal for everyone. A specially designed diet may have been unusual for some, but since it was part of the treatment, objections were not accepted. Schmertloifer and his assistants had breakfast with everyone. Before the meal, the doctor asked about the well-being of each of his patients.

Raymond Holm (Fragment) did not feel well. He got out of bed with incredible difficulty. And during breakfast, he didn't touch the food, indifferently watching the others.

Irina Ulyanova sat down at the table next to Ivan Romanov (Count Orlov) and started a casual conversation. In one way or another, this lifted the young man's spirits, and he felt more comfortable in the new place.

Chantel Bokasso watched one of the patients closely. The gaze of her black eyes was so intrusive that it seemed she was ready to devour the object of her observation.

Bella Massolini was even more tactless; she sat directly opposite one of the patients, began to observe, and wrote something in her notebook as if it were her last chance to do what she had to do.
