Well, I don't know, I always use different passwords and make them as complex as possible. I remember I had a password that was... (no, I won't tell you that :)) ...it had 35 characters!!! (I used a...z, A...Z, !, ..., _, +, 1...0). Yes, even a beginner hacker can hack ICQ. Although, to be honest, ordinary ICQ accounts are rarely hacked... but if it's a beautiful or short password (like 125125), then yes, you need a good password for those... and even then, they might be able to hack it.
