Oh, Kirill) Please read point 3 and point 13 of the rules carefully!
It should have been removed... I recalculated the table as of the morning of February 17, 2017. We are waiting for the last result for the final outcome.
Congratulations to Will on another victory! Well done!)) Thanks to Dexter for the tough fight, in the middle of the tournament it seemed that Will would have no rivals! Well, and Moz is great, what would we do without him! Once again, congratulations to all three winners! Thank you to all participants, I look forward to seeing you in the spring tournament
Added 5 minutes ago If you have any questions about the organization of the tournament, the distribution of places, or anything else, write here or to me, but in the form of a specific question, not incoherent rambling! I will answer all clear questions!
Unfortunately, luck decided everything. I was probably leading until the last round, but I got a player with a low rating as my opponent in the final match, while my opponent had a high rating. Nothing depended on me in the end, and if it had been the other way around, I think I would have taken 1st place. And in general, the tournament turned out badly for me, with one loss after another. Respect only to GL; I had a good game with him, which is not much for 7 games.
P.S. I'm curious about how it was determined who would face the DVP (Defensive Victory Point) boss – was it by coin toss or some kind of program? Maybe it was automatic. In any case, this action was the most important in the tournament.

Respect only to GL, with him I had the only normal game in the entire tournament, which is not enough for 7 games.

There is such a program, a random number generator, and it decided.

If Bolivar had won against Dexter in the last round, there wouldn't have been this post ))))))))))
Regarding Stiletto and Yavgen – I think the punishment is ambiguous. They were also punished (at least that's what the text shows), just like Eldar and Chernobog? But unlike the two mentioned above, they honestly wrote that they were withdrawing. Life circumstances can change. Alizvit wrote that he was withdrawing (in the previous tournament), and everyone took it normally – well, the person couldn't, it just happened that way. No penalties were applied to him. Or does disqualification not really mean anything? Like, no future bans?
And my congratulations to Vil! Well done, not only does he have a high level of play, but also a consistent record of top results (I mainly watch Vil and Dmitrik's streams, no offense to the others, there just isn't enough time for all the good players, and I don't always manage to watch Vil and Dmitrik's streams – it all seems easy and simple, but somehow I can't seem to replicate it)).
The Swiss system is good, but I think head-to-head matches are more important than tiebreakers. I suggest making them a priority in the next tournament when points are equal.
Villa with the win, Dextra with the win against Villa and sharing 1st-2nd place.

Only two were punished, and one conditionally; the punishment applies to the spring tournament. However, all four will not receive any points in the rating for this tournament.

In my tournaments, the Swiss system is unlikely to appear; I've come up with a very good scheme, as I think! In all sources on the Swiss system, the second indicator is always the tiebreaker, and only then the head-to-head match; there's probably a reason for that.;)

It's a good program; you should run it before the tournament; why waste time?
I suggest you organize an express tournament where all places will be determined only with the help of a random number generator. Then maybe someone other than Villa will win, but even then, who knows:smile54:
