I have a suggestion to make Kabirs out of Lava Dragons: Reduce the model size, change the texture, add clothing, and create a death animation (In the original, they have an animation that looks like they're being hit, but they "vanish" instead of just staying in place; I think you could make it work).
You can't just reduce the model size; it makes it impossible to apply effects to the creature and causes issues with movement, and it won't be possible to change the death animation.

you simply can't reduce the model size like that; it would make it impossible to apply effects to the creature, and movement issues would start to appear, and you wouldn't be able to change the death animation.
Oh, well, okay, then I don't have any other ideas.

What about increasing the size? This is not an idle question – when I assign a large size to creatures, they initially stand normally on the battlefield, but after the first attack, they shift to a corner of the square they occupy.

FINALLY, THEY RELEASED SOMETHING OTHER THAN SCREENSHOTS!

Added 30 minutes later
I waited too long and forgot what the usual quality of Polish mods is like(((

Added 5 minutes later
so far, only the level 6 earth elementals, the internal structure of the Naga city, and the human-bear creatures have impressed me.

Yeah, the insectoids are pretty tough :D Although their ice castle seems pretty good.

IMHO, everything looks bad except for: 1. Naga - The city turned out well. - The "Siren" and "Nix" units look decent (unimproved). 2. Insects - I think if you try to introduce a Namtaru-like unit into the game, it's unlikely to turn out better than this. 3. Egypt - The "Dervish" unit, but only as a basis for the mage units "Nomad" / "Divine Dervish" - these units already exist in the lore of the Academy faction. You just need to remove the tail and replace the cat head with a human head. 4. Elementals - The earth elemental looks okay, but I don't understand why it was made on a Titan when it could have been made on the Ent from the beta, and also - what's the point of the tail??? 5. Pirates - The city is beautiful. 6. Ice Necromancers - The city is beautiful. 7. Lizards - The city is beautiful. 8. Trees - ...
... И древний лес, роскошен и печален,
Блистает там воздушностью прогалин.
Но между кедров, полных тишиной,
Расщелина по склону ниспадала.
О, никогда под бледною луной
Так пышен не был тот уют лесной...

Based on the screenshots, it looks like a very beautiful, high-quality, and interesting mod. I can't wait to try it out! I think there's plenty of inspiration to draw from.

Nothing like that. My eyes still haven't recovered from what I saw... There's almost NOTHING of quality in this mod.

Nothing like that. My eyes still haven't recovered from what I saw... There's almost NOTHING of quality in this mod.
1) The Pirate Castle is quite good. Both the city and the units (with the exception of the turtle-sloth, musketeer, and harpy).
2) The Wildlands are a complete failure, both as a city and in terms of units. Only the level 7 unit is somewhat tolerable, and even then, it's only decent in comparison.
3) The Ice Castle is also not bad, although I don't see much point in it. I liked the level 1 units, the bear riders, and the mages. The basic monster and its upgrade are tolerable, but the ultimate upgrade is terrible. The rest are unremarkable.
4) Sanctuary is a boring city with few distinct buildings. There are some decent units, but overall, it's disappointing.
5) The Insect City (Namtaru, I think) has some good units, but the city itself is boring. The butterfly wings on the faceless ones were amusing.
6) The Elementals somehow turned into dragons (if I understood the Polish correctly), hence the wings and tails on all the units. I liked the ability to upgrade the basic elementals into these. Visually, it's not very high quality, and the city reflects that.
7) I liked Egypt. It has a beautiful city and some decent units. I didn't like the cat-women. They move very slowly across the map. I almost died of boredom while fighting them.
8) The Fortress (also known as the Swamp) has a beautiful castle, but almost all of the units are terrible. In the old Citadel mod, the units were better. Not to mention the RTF mod.

In conclusion: Half of the cities are beautiful, and I would like to see a quarter of the units improved. Some factions seem to have been made up out of thin air, such as the Wildlands, Winter Elves, Insects, and Egyptians. The balance wasn't considered.
I would like to note separately that the mod is not finished, and the author simply uploaded the drafts because he will no longer be working on it. This should be taken into account and not judged too harshly. Overall, a huge amount of work has been done, and I liked the mod!
