Trump, Clinton, and the libertarian all want the same thing, but they belong to different parties (and the difference between the parties is essentially just in the names).

One visit – 3 points
2 – 4
3 – 5
4 – 6
5 – 7
6 – 8
7 – 9

And if you are Merlin, then 35 points (!just kidding!)

So, the idea is:
- if you are not a virtual participant, you get 3 points immediately
- you need 3 virtual participants to equal one real person; virtual participants get 1 point each (this is like Merlin’s system, and it’s fair)
- since we start with 3 points, and each subsequent visit gives 1 point, the second visit doesn’t make the vote twice as important. That is, if you have visited at least 4 times, only then does your vote weigh twice as much as someone who visited once.
- someone who visited all the CIS countries gets 9 points, which is 3 times more than one visit. In Merlin’s system, such a person had a sevenfold advantage.

And in all voting options, provide the average budget for the event.

There also needs to be an option to vote for multiple options.
