Why even bother with points?
One is 40, another is 35, and the third is 30. So what? Will one vote for Trump, another for Clinton, and the third for a libertarian? Should each candidate have a different weight in the votes?
Trump, Clinton, and the libertarian all want the same thing, but they belong to different parties (and the difference between the parties is essentially just in the names).
So, why even use weighted votes or points or any other nonsense?
The main thing is that a president is chosen, otherwise it will be like in the USA: almost half the population is unhappy, and we have an event like the CIS at stake :eek:

Or, figuratively speaking: should we do it like applying for a Schengen visa? Require them to present a hotel booking and round-trip tickets?! Then we definitely won't get a decision on where to hold the CIS.
Within a maximum of 3 days, we determine the number of applications (applications received later will not be accepted), and then launch a poll for a maximum of 3 days.
In the end, in a week, each of us can buy tickets to wherever the simple majority wants to go.
And please, PLEASE:smile41: don't come up with all sorts of voting systems; we'll just waste time, and we might even lose the CIS...
