Today, everything seems like it's semi-finished, but still delicious!... The "FishHouse" brand herring is great, but the pickled mushrooms aren't so good – they are tough and don't taste very nice. Real mushrooms should be large! And these ones, if you can even call them mushrooms, were clearly grown in some… strange places

When I crave something sweet, I usually grab some junk food from the checkout area. This stuff is sold in packs of four cookies at our local Billa supermarket. I don't really love cookies, but it's a nice change of pace. They're pleasant, crunchy, and have a slightly bitter-sweet taste.
By the way, it tastes better to eat them whole rather than separating the cookies. The filling is fatty and overly sweet, the cookie is dry and bitter, but together they complement each other perfectly.

Share! I always ate cookies like that whole.

Well, I like to spend time enjoying food – I peel off the glaze from candies, break wafers into layers, and lick off the filling, but I always prefer to eat the whole thing.

"Homemade" beetroot and mascarpone ice cream.
It really contains grated cooked beetroot, real cheese, and it's really delicious.
The Chinese know how to prepare even familiar ingredients in a way that I would never have thought of myself.

When I want grainy cottage cheese, I usually buy either Karat or Prostokvashino. Karat is a bit cheaper, but the grains tend to stick together and there's less cream, while Prostokvashino is more crumbly and creamy.
I also tried Domik v Derevne, but either I got a bad batch, or it's just not very good, so I don't want to give it a second chance. Luckily, Karat and Prostokvashino are available in many places. Other brands don't seem to offer such large portions.
