What are you eating right now? Auto-translated

This refers to the fact that it is better to eat a variety of foods rather than constantly consuming only one imported product. Also, such a protein-rich diet will likely result in a distinct odor, which wouldn't be pleasant, to put it mildly...

Right now, I could really go for some nutritious eggs that would positively affect the digestive system (no), improve liver function (no), be nourishing (no), and delicious (no).

I agree with the medieval healer. Although, regarding taste, it's subjective.

I eat three of them every day for a year now, and I have no complaints: they are easily digestible, tasty, and healthy.

easy (both in terms of preparation and digestion)

Eggs are easy on the stomach only in the form of a steamed omelet. Which, compared to other cooking methods, is the most complicated.

nutritious (no)

What do you mean "no"?

Well, I eat them either as a steamed omelet or (in recent months, much more often) just like that, when I'm too lazy to bother and wait for about 20 minutes for them to cook.

I used to eat instant noodles every day, and I didn't complain. I thought it was a great thing, especially with melted cheese and smoked sausage on a roll – you could trade it for half a kingdom.
And I also liked eggs because they're so easy to cook. But then I was advised to reduce my consumption by fifty times, haha.

What's with the "no"?

You have to eat a lot to feel full.

And I buy a pack/container of cottage cheese if I don't feel like cooking. It's tasty and filling.

Well, here's a cute thing.

You have to eat a lot of them to actually feel full.

Oh, right, I forgot who I was talking to :D

I do the same, although a pack of cottage cheese costs me about as much as one day of my twice-a-day meals.

You can't really get full from eggs; I haven't eaten more than three at a time, but still.
You get even hungrier after eating cottage cheese.

steamed omelet
