Could you please tell me if any other games besides Alex NV - Dmitrik will be played? Does the judge have information about the games that haven't been played yet and the plans to finish them?

There are 2.5 months left until the end of the tournament. To be honest, in that time, most players here could easily play another tournament from the beginning.

The "problem" is that the tournament always loses its playability and interest when it is unnecessarily prolonged (this happens when 1-2 players are playing, and the rest are "watching" from the sidelines because they have already played and have a large time advantage). What are we supposed to "provoke" them to do? To make the 1-2 players move faster and finish the games they could have finished a month ago?

It seems obvious that any tournament should be dynamic and interesting, and so on. A tournament that lasts half a year is inherently boring if almost nothing happens in it.

Take Vitaly, for example, with his "initiative" about a new Tournaments. Where is it?
Where are his proposals translated into actions? There are none. Just a lot of talk, as usual.

I actually suggested organizing a new Tournament as soon as possible a long time ago... If there was an opportunity, I would organize it myself; Dexter will help) realistically, half a year spent on a Tournament kills interest in the fifth game; 3-4 Tournaments per year is optimal. Now is just the right time for a new Tournament, with New Year holidays ahead. Running two Tournaments at the same time is not a problem; those who can will play in both, and those who cannot manage will choose one!
