I haven't participated in events like this before, so it's very interesting. I'd like shell #2 and a t-shirt as well.

Since it's already March 15th, it's time to finalize the tournament regulations (rules, templates, etc.)...

The regulations will be standard, Swiss-system. 4 or 5 rounds, if there are more than 16 participants. 1 round per day. Start date: May 1st. We will definitely allocate at least 1 day to explore St. Petersburg.
The rules will also be standard, but with new features: restructuring, trading, and we'll also think about replacing the single-unit creatures. In general, it will be almost the same as in Satellite #1. The only thing is that we need to improve the rules for mirror matches, as there was negative feedback...
Regarding the templates, and this is my belief, the tournament participants should be the ones to decide: that is, we arrive and the participants on-site write seven templates blindly, and then we count the votes and determine the templates for the tournament by a simple majority.

I would like to see established rules for Kobolds, not just based on one person's opinion. (I agree with the templates; voting would be ideal!)

As for mirror matches, I think we should do it like in the standard HeroesWorld rules, rather than reinventing the wheel.
