CIS-2016 in St. Petersburg.

The regulations will be standard, Swiss-system. 4 or 5 rounds, if there are more than 16 participants. 1 round per day. Start date: May 1st. We will definitely allocate at least 1 day to explore St. Petersburg.
The rules will also be standard, but with new features: restructuring, trading, and we'll also think about replacing the single-unit creatures. Regarding the templates, and this is my belief, the tournament participants should be the ones to decide: that is, we arrive and the participants on-site write seven templates blindly, and then we count the votes and determine the templates for the tournament by a simple majority.
