M200 2015, a competition in St. Petersburg. Kober/Romantic/Aive were the judges/organizers. I think they did a good job.
I just organized a bar tour there :D
New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?

Any setup affects the game, but after the game, the only reason to annul the result is a violation of the rules.
I'm a newbie, for example, I don't understand anything.
I don't understand why "for example"??? :D
That is, I'm a newbie for example, I don't understand a thing, I lose a game to you, and only then realize that there was no passage, and I could have done something differently.. well, accordingly, I turn to the judge.. what was wrong with my actions?

By registering for an official tournament, a player automatically agrees that they understand the templates used in the tournament and the tournament rules.
It cannot be the second player's problem that the first player, due to inexperience or other reasons (didn't get enough sleep, was playing while intoxicated, was distracted, etc.), failed to understand the generation during the game. The game lasts long enough that, after it ends, if bugs are discovered, replays should be scheduled.
So, if everyone should understand everything, according to your logic, WHY DO WE NEED JUDGES AT ALL? Think about it....

1. If, during the game, there is a suspicion that a bug occurred, save the game and contact the tournament judge.
2. If players do not finish the game within the allotted time, save the game and make a decision.
3. Assigning an odd-even draw.
4. Resolving issues regarding players violating the rules during the game.
At least, that's the first thing that comes to mind.
Tell us, why do you think rules are needed?
are you pretending or what?
IF THE SUSPICION AROSE AFTER THE GAME, and considering that we're discussing m200, where you can't be distracted by anything at all for even a second, n.k. What does during the game or after have to do with it, another matter is that it's on the player's conscience (like if he saw it during the game, lost, and then pretends he didn't see it until the end of the game)
this is the phrase I was commenting on "By registering for an official tournament, a player automatically agrees that he understands the templates installed for the tournament and the tournament rules."
based on it, if people know things that well, judges won't be needed, need more comments?
