There is definitely no need for demagogues in the AK. Nitro is a good fit for the current roster because he has the drive, but it’s hard to say about the other players, as it’s unclear whether the experienced ones (Stnigger, Tvaryna, Scorpion, etc.) are interested in participating.

Regarding the current controversial decisions of the AK, my IMHO is, if people can’t play properly within the allotted time and then complain, why should we listen to them?
Romantic and Dirty have taken on a lot of responsibility, and a large part of the forum trusts them, but scandals arise because of a handful of people who like to argue. It’s just funny.

Add a couple, maybe more, people to “strengthen” the AK roster, and leave everything else as it is.

You could also limit the number of posts in the non-tribune section to 10 per week =)).

I suggest creating something that would encourage members of the "AK" (presumably an abbreviation for a group or team). Let's say, to foster a more motivated approach to the responsibilities they've taken on. Specifically, a material reward for the most active member, or perhaps the two most active. We could create a section that tracks the activity of each member of the AK. We could set up a wallet where donations are collected throughout the year, and then at the end of the season or year, reward the most active member(s). We could suggest that streamers "promote" this wallet (place it below their stream and indicate what the wallet is for). Something like that... :smile20:

Pete is currently like the Queen of Great Britain; he doesn't seem to be making decisions, but no one can take a step without his blessing.

I don't understand Pete when he says that the Art Council should be unified. The Art Council should argue, because truth is born in debate. Otherwise, it turns out that 2-3 members are active, two decide, and the third has nowhere else to go, so he also supports the decision...

I am against the candidacy of Cobra and Lizard, as it seems to me that the main motive for joining the Administration Committee (AK) is to... let's just say, achieve their goals by any means necessary. I am also against the candidacy of Wicca. Despite all his merits, the person has a very pragmatic and rigid mindset that cannot be changed. There is an opinion that Wicca's view is simply wrong. Although his posts are quite well-written and often supported by knowledge, the AK will become another arena for writing posts and promoting his "correct" opinion, only now from an official position. This is purely my opinion, which may be very far from reality, no offense intended. I am also against my own candidacy, as I still don't have enough time. I can't even start a League Championship (LC). I would like to suggest the candidacy of Palach, provided that he is willing, of course. He knows how to communicate with people, it is pleasant to play with him, he inspires trust, and he has a solid level of play and experience. The case with the delay in the draw for the OFB (Official Fantasy Battle) is more of an exception to the rule, due to circumstances (a business trip, if I'm not mistaken).

To be honest, I thought things would unfold differently. For example, the remaining members of the Arbitration Committee would each nominate 1-2 candidates, and then they would vote on who to include in the committee. Allowing the entire forum to express their opinions results in some kind of pointless and unproductive process – but that's just my personal opinion.
