Restructuring of the Academy.

I would like to offer my candidacy.
I don't have much experience playing Heroes 3 online, but I do have enthusiasm and a desire to do so. The urge for computer games cannot be excluded from life. But thanks to Heroes 3 and HeroesWorld, I stopped playing Dota, so I plan to stay in Heroes seriously and for the long haul.
I am ready to handle organizational matters in tournaments and coordinate newcomers on the portal. Since Rodger Daltavilla and P55Max have disappeared, the organization of the tournament for Newbies in winter has been greatly delayed, and in general, only a few forum members run tournaments. Although I did not manage to win the Novice tournament, and by tradition the next similar tournament is hosted by its winner, I want to express my desire to run the Novice Summer-15 tournament. I also want to help organize tournaments, create brackets, and keep track of deadlines. If the forum members support my efforts, I am interested in improving the quality of the tournaments held on the portal. I want to try my hand at this field, and if it works out online, to try to organize a tournament on the southern coast of Crimea in the future.
