Restructuring of the Academy.

Vika and Reba in the Art Council, and then maybe something will start to come of this conservative (formerly) collective. Well, Nitro is already there by default. Pete is currently like the Queen of Great Britain; he doesn't seem to be making decisions, but no one can take a step without his blessing.

I don't understand Pete when he says that the Art Council should be unified. The Art Council should argue, because truth is born in debate. Otherwise, it turns out that 2-3 members are active, two decide, and the third has nowhere else to go, so he also supports the decision...
