The first issue in The Chain is called Diamonds Are An Expat's Best Friend! I tell you this because this chain is a once-off per nation - if you dismiss a single issue in it, you're never going to get it again.

I don't like this issue about the ocean. Charging people money to study things that have no significance in the development of current technologies or ways to solve various problems (for example, medicine) is not my thing.

Think about what these funds will be used for: to improve submarines (and how can you study various anglerfish without deep-sea equipment?), to train people, to acquire certain knowledge that may then be useful in completely different areas.

Then dismiss it.

I'm not against the resolution on Mentu, if that's what you mean.
