1500 x 7 (standard room accommodation) = 10500
625 x 7 (hall for 40 people) = 4300
1 banquet = 2300
750 x 7 (catering) = 5200

With the current exchange rate, it's definitely not cheaper.

Regarding the topic, I estimate the tickets to be around 20k + at least 20k for accommodation and food + additional expenses. That's a total of 50k+.
