According to the calculations, it comes out to at least 13k + 5k for lunch and dinner (optional) + tournament fee + alcohol + travel expenses, which means at least 30k with meals (although some people might have travel expenses less than 7k), which is definitely more expensive than in Minsk, but the conditions are not comparable.
Conclusion: the pros and cons are quite justified. The organizers did a good job with the first part, so draw your own conclusions and buy tickets in advance.
