4 bedrooms, 300 bucks (10,000 rubles) - i.e., 2,500 per bedroom per day - this is acceptable. I will be coming with my wife and daughter, so I would prefer a room for three.

Therefore, we don't need to rent a club, which is also a saving.

It's alright, people are trying to accommodate all the players, but you want a place with 4 rooms and to take one for yourself and your family – that's just great.

Yes, this option looks good. But there's a catch – the price there will definitely not be $300, but $450-500 (the weekend price is listed as 3500 UAH + there may be a surcharge for the New Year holidays). There are also undeniable advantages – a good location, a large area of the house, and everything looks beautiful in the photos. I will definitely check out this option in the next few days. And also regarding coming with family. I'm not sure that living in a cottage where all the action will be happening with the family is a good idea. There will be things happening there that are not exactly family-friendly, and I think this will negatively affect both the family and the "Heroes" atmosphere. Although, I might be wrong; let the older guys who have already organized similar events in similar conditions write about it. In any case, in addition to the cottage, an apartment or several will be rented – I think it's better to put the family in an apartment.

First, we need to figure out how many of us there will be; maybe 4 rooms is too much, maybe 8 isn't enough. Once, I was planning for 10 people, 5 coming from out of town, and more than 25 showed up, there were a lot of guests.
