4 bedrooms, 300 bucks (10,000 rubles) - i.e., 2,500 per bedroom per day - this is acceptable. I will be coming with my wife and daughter, so I would prefer a room for three.

But there's a "but" - the price there will definitely not be 300 bucks, but 450-500 bucks (the weekend price is stated as 3,500 UAH + there may be a surcharge for the New Year holidays). There are also undeniable advantages - a good location, a large area of the house, and everything looks beautiful in the photos. I will definitely check out this option in the next few days. And also regarding coming with family. I'm not sure that living in a cottage where all the action will take place with family is a good idea. There will be things happening there that are not entirely family-friendly, and I think this will negatively affect both the family and the heroic atmosphere. Although I may be wrong, let the more experienced people who have already organized similar events in similar conditions write about it. In any case, in addition to the cottage, an apartment or several will be rented - I think it's better to accommodate families in an apartment.
