I've looked at the saves from SVAROG and darkello. I believe that insisting on a technical forfeit in a situation where the blue side was trailing in all parameters (except magic stats, but that wouldn't have lasted long), and the violation was obviously accidental—and I honestly don't see what it could have solved, nor do I see any prospects for the blue side—is simply unsportsmanlike.
If I "lost" like that, I wouldn't want to play at all anymore. I'm just curious: if my opponent is left with one last hero and 1 gremlin, and in a rush of excitement I use 2 Dimension Door and kill him, would that also be a technical forfeit? A deliberate violation is one thing, but simple carelessness—where the player even writes about this violation in their own report, thinking they did everything correctly—is another.

I agree, but darkello won't replay, 99.9% sure.

Слабая раздача, которую заиграл исключительно из-за колпака на 111. (с) Сатир
At first glance, the layout seemed decent, but as it turned out, it was only decent in terms of money; there was nowhere to get one's meat from — only 2 hives (4+8) and a level 2 conservatory. All the boxes picked up gave only gold and exp. As for the neutrals, only 2 kents were painted on the first [map], there were also 2 uniques and one elf, but I found them at the very last moment and they couldn't be taken due to blocks. Nevertheless, Kirry experted Earth, dug up slow, and moved into the center on turn 122, already with boots and after the stable, but here immediate disappointment awaited me: the only passage further into the sands was blocked by 5+ rusties for 2 boxes. Out of mana, what to do... I turn back. Cleaned up the respawn a bit, took a few more boxes, brought in a small detachment from the Inferno secondary town and climbed into the level 2 Dragon Utopia; maximum strike stack — 11 vivs :smile04:. Came out with 1 angel and 7 vivs, but they gave me a +12 hat and a level 5 hat. By this turn, I had built Mage Guild 4 in the Dungeon secondary town — there is a Town Portal there; I teleported there, doubled my mana, and burst into the center, flying over the rusties, where Shakti was sitting in the Castle, but without mana. There weren't many troops there either, and my own pitiful remnants were enough to cast slow and shoot them down with blast in subsequent rounds.
Thanks for the game!

Thanks for the game! I confirm, a very frustrating defeat because I forgot to build the guild; I guess I relaxed too early since I was sure victory was already in the bag.

I looked at the save files from SVAROG's and darkello's games. I believe that insisting on a technical pause in a situation where the blue team was behind in all parameters (except for magic stats, but that wouldn't have lasted long), and the violation was clearly accidental, is not justified. I don't see what it could have changed, and I don't see any prospects for the blue team. It's just unsportsmanlike.
In any case, the rules must be followed, and violations should be punished accordingly. If there was a violation, then there was. Darkello has the right to request a technical pause. If he decided that he needed it, then he needed it.
Well, let's start with the fact that I was only behind in attack stats, which Craig always has ahead — that's firstly. Secondly, I have mass Earth upgraded, with Word and Shield, thirdly, 140 mana with Bolt dealing 220 against his 50-70, fourthly, I didn't have just 1 hero and 1 gremlin left, I had a decent army, including 5-6 dragons immune to hack spells up to level 4, and fifthly, the main thing is I had already accepted defeat, because the opponent caught me while I was running my main hero and a scout hero with the army when he won
P.S. I have never been forgiven for anything on this forum, so why should I forgive anyone.
And in general, I don't think it's necessary to make excuses here; rules are made to be followed
Gentlemen and those like them, who withdraw from the tournament due to "loss of motivation," please forgive me, but I think it's not right to act this way. We, the newcomers, are thoroughly checked before being accepted into the tournament; we are asked all sorts of questions, etc. And you, after losing 1-2 games, already say that there's no point in playing, no motivation. Why did you even sign up then? And why did people like me sign up? For statistics? We, for example, also want to play with serious players, but such games are only possible within the framework of a tournament, and you are depriving us of this opportunity, at the very least. And then there will be questions like, "Look who made it to the finals, how could they?" when you withdrew. And besides, there is a corresponding rule about this in the tournament regulations. It's just not right, in my opinion.
P.S. Once again, I apologize for my boldness.
regarding 2 Dimension Doors. I noticed this error too. But I didn't ask any extra questions, because I'm already tired of it :). I don't even do 2 Dimension Doors in practice. And if this is done in a tournament, then it's lawlessness. There should even be punishment for this.
then why not just do 4 Dimension Doors?:) maybe 2 isn't enough?:)
and if the opponent hadn't admitted to the mistake, everything would have passed silently. You wouldn't even want to play a fun game with such people. am I supposed to study every save and measure how many moves he made with each hero? trust in the opponent is an important element of the game. if there is no trust, then it's better not to play with such people at all.
the fact that he admitted to the violation partially rehabilitates him. but how could he not admit it if he blurted it out himself due to carelessness in a post. and if he had stayed silent, he could have continued doing 3-4 Dimension Doors always!:)
imho. and no offense. but such nicknames should be remembered.:)
Sorry, of course, but personally I know Svarog well enough, I've watched streams more than once and played in a pair with him; he is an honest player, and anyone can make a mistake, whether it's 2 Dimension Doors or how I recently broke my main in handcuffs—that cost me the victory too. And a real cheater, someone who does all sorts of nasty things, will never write about it themselves. As for trust or lack thereof, that is decided by a special commission; as for whether you play with him or not, that's your business. For example, I see 1000 messages from you, mostly comments and questions, you've been registered for over a year, but somehow I've never seen any games with your participation, so don't be so harsh about others.
At the respawn in different corners there are two hydra external dwellings, three conss, a hive and a Dragon Utopia. I moved out to 122 with a boost, the center was empty, ran toward the Castle without mana for about three days; never made it - an opponent appeared with 16 angels. Luckily, I managed to snatch the level 5 spell hat from under their nose and retreated home. Took the Dragon Utopia - there is КЗ, in the center took a helmet for all +6 and earth boosts; the opponent arrived at 133 and sat down to replenish mana. I attacked, Impl on 3363 turned out to be stronger than 22 archangels with a small amount of mana. Thanks for the game!
Dear experienced players, and those like them, who withdraw from tournaments due to "loss of motivation," please forgive me, but I think it's not right to act this way. We, the newcomers, are thoroughly vetted before being accepted into a tournament; we are asked all sorts of questions, etc. And you, after losing 1-2 games, already say that there's no point in playing, there's no motivation. Why did you even sign up in the first place? And why did people like me sign up? Just for the statistics? We, for example, also want to play against serious players, but such games are only possible within the framework of a tournament, and you are depriving us of this opportunity, at the very least. And then there will be all sorts of questions like, "Look who made it to the finals, how could they?" when you withdrew. And besides, there's a corresponding clause in the rules about tournaments. It's just not right, in my opinion. P.S. Once again, I apologize for my audacity.
I agree! Withdrawing from a tournament due to "loss of motivation" is the worst thing you can do. Or, if your motivation is gone, then withdraw and good riddance! Why do you sign up again the next day? It's just disgusting to watch all this whiny bunch of "experienced players." :smile48: What I love about newcomers is that they play for the sake of the game, they win/lose, they learn, they enjoy it, and they don't put on airs about themselves. During my time on the forums, I haven't withdrawn from a single tournament because that's the last thing I would do. Even opening a map isn't as shameful as running away from the battlefield after the first slap.
And, by the way, we have a penalty in our blacklist for withdrawing from tournaments. I don't know what we're waiting for; a ban for six months to a year would be just right for those who have lost their motivation.
