I looked at the save files from SVAROG's and darkello's games. I believe that insisting on a technical pause in a situation where the blue team was behind in all parameters (except for magic stats, but that wouldn't have lasted long), and the violation was clearly accidental, is not justified. I don't see what it could have changed, and I don't see any prospects for the blue team. It's just unsportsmanlike.
In any case, the rules must be followed, and violations should be punished accordingly. If there was a violation, then there was. Darkello has the right to request a technical pause. If he decided that he needed it, then he needed it.
