Good day, after installing Heroes, this error appeared:

At home, everything works fine, but at work, this error appears.

Hello. I'm playing as the Necropolis faction in a skirmish mode. After the start of a new week, troops don't appear in the cities, or only a part of them appear. Once, after the start of a new week, the troops appeared in the city only after a hero entered it. But this was an isolated case.

How can I configure the launch parameters without entering the game?

I tried downloading patch 1.0 - 1.8 separately, it installed normally, but when I launch the game, the "Might & Magic Heroes 6" process appears in the task manager for a second, then disappears, and the game DOES NOT launch. What should I do? Please advise, if anyone knows

I played a year ago on a pirated copy, and all the cutscenes were there. Now I bought the licensed version and noticed that in the Necromancer campaign, in the 4th mission, when clearing the dragon's lair, the cutscenes with Anastasia's memories are missing.

You need to update the game to the current version 2.1.0 (as I can see, you have version 1.0.31758 installed). Otherwise, you won't be able to play online, only offline.

I installed the game (had to uninstall version 1.8). Registered. The intro played halfway through, then the screen went black and the game froze. I restarted it. Halfway through the intro, I pressed the spacebar – and it worked! I launched the first mission – black screen, complete freeze! Can you advise me on what to do? We have two copies of the game from Ubisoft, and we're playing through a desktop and a laptop connected via a router. After creating a map, the game plays normally, but after the players "connect" on the map, a "Rassnihr" window pops up, and the game ends. Saving doesn't help, except for saves from a couple of weeks ago, but even then, after the battle starts, there's a constant issue where the turns aren't synchronized – for example, the opponent's manticores go first, while my vampires go first. This, of course, leads to an endless loop. It happens every time, and I'm starting to lose hope of finding a solution. It feels like we're the only ones with this problem. It's simply impossible to play online. Is there any solution to this problem? Please advise.

After completing the first map in the second expansion, "Dance of Death," I'm not progressing to the second map of this DLC; instead, I'm being directed to the second map of "Pirates of the Savage Seas." So, after completing the first map, the second map is unavailable.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

The problem is made worse by the fact that, after completing Haka's campaign, I still can't complete Sandro's campaign. It kicks me back to the same scenario; a "continue" button appears, but clicking it does nothing.
