I can't play Heroes 6 because after I log in, it shows an error message saying "Failed to load profile from the network," even though in the background, it displays that I'm already logged in and shows my achievements, avatar, etc. What should I do? I've reinstalled the game about 10 times, and I've also reinstalled Windows (for other reasons, not because of the game).
