Kilgor, in which folder exactly did you place the file: Data or HiRezData\Packs\MegaPack_Rus? Try placing it in both. Most likely, if the MegaPack is selected, the file you need is not being chosen.

In the version with my Heroes of Might and Magic III Complete from the Heroes of Might and Magic III [Geedunk].rar archive + "Eng+rus", the map generator button is missing in the launcher, i.e., when creating a game and connecting to an opponent, the random map settings window opens immediately, but it is impossible to return to the previous screen after exiting it. I selected "Complete" in the launcher - two crashes occurred, and in the second case, no crash file was created.

Two more crashes in the same game; I had to finish playing on version 2.94 until the issue is resolved.
