HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

2Sm4d(2), M, two versus two, without in-game bugs and with a password-protected computer, free from any technical issues.
The mod automatically detects the version as Complete, and I recommend using it.
Eng+rus will also work, but to have Random Maps and Conflux in the game,
you need to add the line {ArmageddonsBlade} = 1
to the file \_HD3_Data\Packs\Eng+rus_en\Pack.ini
but instead of curly brackets, you need to use less than and greater than signs, which the forum doesn't seem to want to display.
