A stupid topic. Newbs leave, seasoned players stay, the golden fund
Well, for example, there were 10 people, 8 left. That's just a freaking great clan... Even in the last clan war (5v5), they had to recruit random people ;) Maybe the golden fund should unite? 2+2 = 4 after all :D Better 3 clans of 5 people each than 10 clans of one and a half ;)
And in general, on HeroesWorld, where did the contests go? It seems like back in the day there were all sorts of them? :(
The fact that people are leaving the forum isn't a matter of skill level; it's just that life forces us to change, and you can't stay a perpetual recluse forever, right? When I joined the forum (back in 2008, I won't go into more detail), it was a different, younger generation – some were in high school, others were preparing to defend their theses. But eventually, the easy life ends, and responsibility sets in, which is incompatible with forum life. So, it's no surprise that many have left our Witch clan, and the old-timers have moved on to casual chatting. But even though our Clan Leader, Tamara, hasn't been here for about two years, the clan is still alive. For me, it's primarily about some cool perks, like a unique userbar and a clan forum that no one has used in ages. But, whatever, the main thing is that the idea is still supported, so I think it's too early to disband the clans. It's clear that they've lost their former competitive spirit, but unfortunately, no resurrection ritual can succeed without FRESH BLOOD. Previously, this was associated with the release of the 6th installment of the game, with the hope that everything would be great, and new players would join. But, unfortunately, as practice has shown, this site is more geared towards nostalgia. So, everything remains as it is...
WhiteLizardso I believe it's too early to cut out the Clans. It's clear they've lost their former combat essence, but alas, no resurrection ritual is complete without FRESH BLOOD VIRGINS. Previously, this point was linked to the release of the 6th part of the game, as if everything would become great and newcomers would flock in. But alas, as practice has shown, this site is more geared toward nostalgia. So everything remains as it is...Well, usually those who leave are replaced by newcomers, so in theory, with a good layout, the number of people shouldn't decrease. But the cards fell somewhat crookedly: we didn't get a masterpiece from 6g, and the old-timers didn't pass on the customs that used to be. On the contrary, they want to revive the Clans, not stifle them ;) In the sad state that many clans are in now, the only thing missing is a sign: Cryochamber.
What about the clans, what about the forum? The entire internet is already decaying, and you're still surprised.
Смысла нет, но вы держитесь там. Удачи, здоровья, хорошего настроения! И пока в кармане пачка милкиуэйев - значит все не так уж плохо на сегодняшний день
Clans, clans, clans... how much blood was spilled when it all began. Fierce arguments and clashes of interests – all for what? In five to seven years, to try to attract people to the clan movement again... it's pointless until HeroesWorld achieves all the changes that were promised, or at least brings back the old "features." Everything hinges on the Administrator; he (probably) is trying to keep the entire forum afloat on his own. But the biggest challenge is time. Time moves with us, it moved before us, and it will continue to move forward, even when we are already buried under a layer of earth. People grow up, and different personalities are formed with different priorities and interests. New games and new gaming consoles attract people. Young people are already growing up playing other games, and Heroes of Might and Magic is slowly fading into history. As for Heroes 3, it was the first popular game in the Might and Magic series, and the people who play it mostly (in my opinion) already have 20-25 years of life experience and most likely work in the computer field.
The situation can be resolved – cut all the clans down to the root, leaving only the history of them. Form one clan under the flag of Heroes World, although that's not a very good idea either.
Thanks for the initiative, guys, but our clan has long since turned into an offline group, and its activity depends on how often we appear on the forum. And our internal clan section is our common meeting point, a kind of chat where we can discuss our, shall we say, internal family matters.
Of course, no one is obliged to provide us with a platform for this, but as long as it doesn't bother the Creator, we'll use it a little, okay? Thanks. :)
