I installed Windows 7 (licensed), and I installed Tribes of the East (licensed). When saving a map in the editor after making adjustments, the game doesn't recognize the map. The issue was resolved by changing the game folder name from Cyrillic to an English name. What a strange thing. Why did it save normally in XP, but not in Windows 7? I think I rushed into paying 5,000 for Windows 7. It's not worth it. I don't see any significant improvements.

In version 1.60 of Heroes, at a resolution of 1920x1080, the image is clearly stretched vertically. Or, in other words, stretched horizontally. If you switch to any 5:4 resolution, everything is normal; if 16:9, it's stretched.
In version 2.1 of "Hammers of Fate," the same thing happens.
But in 3.1 "Lords of the Horde," everything is fine.
It's very easy to determine this by looking at the minimap window in the lower left corner of the screen, which should look square.
I haven't installed any patches, and besides, I didn't find any; the entire set is from the box "as is."

Three question marks indicate surprise, not indignation. The resolution, for example, of the Windows desktop radically affects how much fits on the screen.
