Tournament "FB-6".
I. Rules and Templates.
1. By default, games are conducted according to the Rules for online games in Heroes III and the seasonal Player Rating tournament.
2. By default, the game version is SoD 3.2 (4.0); by mutual agreement, WT or any other HOMM3 version.
3. The template selection is carried out via a standard draw from an expanded list of 10 templates compared to previous tournaments:
2SM4d(3), Balance (L-U), Panic, Jebus cross, Mini-Nostalgia, 8mm6a, 8хм12а, 6LM10a, 8xm8a, Anarchy. The player marked in red during the draw begins selecting the template.
II. Regulations and Deadlines
Tournament Start: April 20, 2012.
Deadline for one round - 2 weeks.
Stage 1. Group Stage. 10 groups of 5 players each.
Time per turn on 2SM4d(3), Balance (L-U), Panic, and Anarchy - 6 minutes; Jebus cross - 10 minutes; others - 8 minutes.
Each player in the group plays one game against all other players. In total, each must play 4 games. A win is awarded 1 point, a draw gives each 0.5, and a loss - 0.
The top 2 players with the highest number of points advance from the group. In the event of equal points, positions are distributed by additional indicators (in order of priority):
1. Berger Coefficient.
2. Head-to-head match.
3. Points earned in games "weigh" more than technical wins.
4. If 2 players are competing for one advancing spot (equal BC, draw in head-to-head, equality in techs), a replay is scheduled between them (deadline for the game - one week).
5. If a situation arises where 3 players compete for 2 spots with equal points, equal BC, and a "circular draw" in head-to-head matches, and this occurs in only one group, the player advancing from first place will be the one with the higher seasonal rating at the end of the spring season. If this indicator is also equal, then the permanent rating is used. The second place is decided between the remaining two players in one game (deadline - 1 week).
6. If it is impossible to determine who advances based on previous indicators, and if a situation with equal points occurs in more than one group, a cross-over transition game scheme will be proposed (one game, deadline - 1 week).
6.1. If there is an even number of contenders for advancement, a cross-draw between players from different groups will be conducted. Winners + lucky losers advance (criteria - seasonal and permanent ratings).
6.2. If there is an odd number of contenders for advancement, first one player with the highest seasonal (if equal, permanent) rating among those who scored the most points in their group will be chosen to advance directly to the playoffs. Then a cross-draw will be conducted; winners of the games advance to the playoffs. If necessary, additional lucky losers advance based on seasonal and permanent ratings.
7. If something is overlooked and it remains impossible due to any circumstances to determine the playoff players, we flip a coin.

List of reports for Stage 2 - 8th post of the thread.
Each match is played best-of-3 (until 2 wins).
Rules and templates remain the same.
Time per turn on Jebus cross and XL templates - 10 minutes, others - 8 minutes.
Colors for the first game - as in the bracket. In the second game - colors are swapped.
In case of a draw, the third game is played with random Castle selection. In the first generation, colors are as in the first game, then colors swap after each subjective restart.
Since the number of games in a round may vary (2 or 3), deadlines for each pair are individual and listed in the table.
Stage 3. FB, round-robin tournament of the top 6 players.
At this stage, match results between these players from Stage 2 are taken into account.
Rules and templates remain the same.
Time per turn is determined by a vote of the players who reached FB: on balance and panic - 8 minutes, others - 10 minutes.
Each match is played best-of-3 (until 2 wins).
Colors for the first game - in the bracket. In the second game - colors are swapped. In case of a draw, the third game is played with random Castle selection. In the first generation, colors are as in the first game, then colors swap after each subjective restart.

Final Results.
Tournament results are summarized using two tables.
In the game table, results of played games are entered; draws and technical results are not counted. A win in a game gives 1 point, a loss - 0 points.
In the match table, the overall match result is entered. A match victory is credited to the player who scored more points in games and is valued at 1 point. In case of an unfinished match that results in a draw (1-1 in games), both players are given 0.5 points in the match table.
Technical results in the match table are entered based on personal communication between the tournament organizer and the players.
The winner is determined primarily by the match table.
The FB-6 winner is the player who scored the most points in the round-robin tournament.
If two players have equal points, the one who won the head-to-head match takes a higher place.
If positions cannot be determined by head-to-head matches, the higher place goes to the player:
1. having a higher Berger Coefficient in the match table;
2. having fewer technical losses in matches (game wins in matches take priority over technical wins);
3. if two players are tied under point 2, the head-to-head match is considered.
If all above criteria are equal, results recorded in the game table are taken into account:
1. higher number of points according to the game table;
2. if points in the game table are equal - Berger Coefficient according to the game table;
3. fewer losses in games.
III. Organizational Issues
1. The tournament is official and regular.
2. The tournament is conducted according to the Rules for organization, conduct, and participation in tournaments.
3. Tournament Organizer - Scorpiona (ICQ 469326983). Tournament Judges – Pit for LM (ICQ 471401475) and Gomunguls (ICQ 499-978-341).
4. For each played game, participants must submit a report and confirmation; in the playoff stages, saves must be attached to reports.
5. Saves of all games must be kept until the end of the tournament and presented upon first request by the organizers or any member of the AC.
6. Disputable points, if any arise, should be discussed outside the forum. For resolution, you must contact the organizer or judge in ICQ and provide daily saves, ICQ logs, and other necessary information.
The judicial decision is made primarily based on tournament rules. If a situation is not regulated by the rules, judges are guided by basic logic and gaming ethics.
7. All tournament games go into the seasonal rating. Reports and confirmations are written in this thread and will be copied to the "Reports of online games and their confirmations. Season 'Spring/Summer'" thread. i.e., duplicating reports in the season thread is NOT necessary.
8. Based on the tournament results, the winner will be awarded a Cup for their avatar:
