Has anyone heard about the alien, Alyoshenka?

I've heard of him; he's my best friend. We often play football, rugby, chess, and backgammon together, and it's always a lot of fun with him.

I noticed some anomalies around him... I saw something unusual in the sky a couple of times, but I can't say for sure that it was aliens.

Yeah, the prediction of that guy who said a UFO would appear over New York in October didn't come true, just like the one about a flying saucer hovering over Moscow during the transition from the first to the second week of 2011.
Despite how silly it was, curiosity still got the better of me, and I kept looking out the window.

I believe it... live in Western Ukraine for a while, and you'll believe things you wouldn't have thought possible.

I can confirm. In general, some distant acquaintances (relatives and their friends, who are friends of my parents and some other friends) rested in Western Ukraine in the past, or rather, the year before last, and told some very strange stories. They are fans of "extreme" activities, and once they had to spend the night in the forest. They found some exotic place, 5 km from the nearest settlement. So, they say that at night they heard various human cries. There wasn't a single soul within 5 km. They haven't gone to the forest since, and they still don't. They are quite adult and reasonable people, even skeptical, and yet this happened... so I have no reason not to believe them.
And I believe in all this myself. Well, not so much in UFOs, but...
In general, my great-great-grandmother, or maybe even further back, was a Gypsy. And it so happened that most of the women in my family had very specific abilities. My great-great-grandmother, my cousin's grandmother, my mother, and so on. Prophetic dreams, intuition, my great-great-grandmother, according to stories, was also a healer and a fortune teller, and she was successful at it. I, too, have inherited something, even though it's strange. Some kind of intuition, ranging from simple luck to prophetic dreams. Sometimes I say a word, often out of place, and it comes true. So I believe in witches.
I'm talking about something else... about 4 years ago, I encountered strange things. In my yard, there were some strange, moving shadows. At first, I see - it's just a shadow, well, from a window or a lamp reflecting. And then, bam - like a black streak, and it darts somewhere towards the entrance like lightning, and you wonder what it was. Or, in general, I saw some kind of red ball flying in my house. I was scared to death - in the end, I took it as a hallucination. Well, my eyes were tired. Like when you press on your closed eyes, or when you look at a bright light, spots remain in your eyes. But I didn't press on my eyes, and I didn't look at the light, and yet this happened...

These aren't aliens; they're Poles.

Doesn't seem like the Poles. And what are they doing there, in such a desolate place? They said they heard some kind of whispering very close by, even though there was no one there. Are the Poles joking?

Those are Ukrainian partisan nationalists. They're looking for Muscovites and communists; are you one of them?

Does it look like a UFO? These are just human screams; if they were alien, that would be something else. And the Poles have long wanted to annex Western Ukraine; they will find other ways to scare people. ;)

What do you think alien screams should sound like?

Using ultrasound.

I'm not talking about UFOs at all. It could be ghosts, or spirits, or some kind of forest spirits.

Maybe it’s just the locals scaring the newcomers.

A short story by a great writer. There are no thoughts about ghosts, forest spirits, etc. He directly states: "hallucinations."

I simply don't believe in aliens; it makes me feel sick. I believe in Ukrainians and Poles, but aliens... it's just not something I can relate to.

Well, Ukrainians, for example, are nearby, but if an alien intelligence is also nearby, we just don't notice it or pay attention to it.
