I live in a modern, upscale residential area. And I live with my oligarch parents.

Смысла нет, но вы держитесь там. Удачи, здоровья, хорошего настроения! И пока в кармане пачка милкиуэйев - значит все не так уж плохо на сегодняшний день
As for me, there is nothing beautiful in these photos, just ordinary pictures of an ordinary city. Mine is almost the same.
An ordinary city? Volchik, but every city has something of its own, something special. You have the White Nights, the Arctic Ocean, and maybe something else that we don't know about yet. The city of Arca boasts a rich history and culture. And the view from my window shows some of the unique features of my city.
Here are some new photos. An elite view, created by nature itself.
The first photo is a front view. About 30-40 km from the city is the Avachinskaya group of volcanoes. There are only five of them, two of which are active. On the left, in the distance, are two inactive volcanoes, Aag and Arik. To the right is the highest volcano in the group, Koryakskaya Sopka (three and a half thousand meters), which is active. Even further to the right is the active Avachinskaya Sopka volcano, about two thousand seven hundred and fifty meters high. On the cone, you can see rocks that form a kind of face - eyes, nose, mustache, and a few years ago, in winter, two fumaroles (volcanic activity in the form of high-temperature gas and steam emissions) emerged from the top, resembling horns. Twelve thousand years ago, there was a huge volcano five kilometers high in its place, but as a result of a monstrous explosion, its crater collapsed, and the remains of the crater can be seen in the photo. In twelve thousand years, a new volcano has grown in its place. The city stands on the lava and ash of that monstrous volcano; for example, under the Institute of Volcanology, the lava layer exceeds one hundred meters, and in Mokhovaya Bay, there is an outcrop of lava that once flowed into the ocean. The volcano is often climbed on foot; the record is two hours and fifteen minutes from the foot. The one on the far right is the inactive Kozelskaya Sopka volcano, two hundred and twenty meters high; a ski resort is located on its slope.
The second photo is a rear view. This is Myshennaya Sopka, the highest point in the city (384 meters); my house is located at its foot. It was formed as a result of the uplift and subsequent solidification of a huge, light "drop" of magma, which pushed the rocks above it upwards. It got its name when it served as a training target. The photo shows the road leading to the top, where the television antenna is located.

Yes, the white nights are best viewed in St. Petersburg. As for the Arctic Ocean, it's notable only for being covered in fuel oil, with a lot of rust along the shore that no one has cleaned up in decades, and the water smells bad.

Mountains will be much more beautiful.
Forgive me, dear Nedoblozhek. Forgive me, beloved HeroesWorld. I have started to drift away from you. Real life is pulling me strongly. I've been spending a lot of time with friends. And also... no, I'll tell you about that next time.
So, my friends. We celebrated Halloween! The seventeen of us went to a party! Granted, the party itself was nothing special. But there were good people around, and that's the most important thing.
Most people at the party didn't bother making a costume at all, or just drew a trickle of blood on their face to save 50 rubles. Boring. Our group, however, was probably the most colorful. Besides Marilyn Manson, the alien girl, Jack Sparrow, the priest, and a couple of freshly dug-up zombies present in the photo, there was also a mental patient and a maniac surgeon, as well as other assorted creatures. The priest got into character perfectly — almost half the people asked him to absolve their sins. The Bible is real, yes. I have no acting talent to speak of; from my movie character's persona, I only remembered "Captain Jack Sparrow" and "Savvy?"... but on the flip side, the other half of the people took photos with me.
All in all, it was fun. Until next time.

Over the past two or three weeks, so many events have happened in my life that it feels like a whole year has passed since the beginning of October. I want to share three of them here...
November 3, morning.
The opening of the "Runa" board game store. The photos (1-3) will tell you everything. Huge thanks to my friends and family, without them I would never have managed.
November 4, daytime.
In the city center, on the shore of Lake Kultuchnoye, there was a celebration of the Koryak national holiday of the seal, "Khololo." We visited it together. Many ensembles performed, mostly local, dance and musical groups, even some Chuvash pop music :D. They were giving away free food: hot fish soup, hot tea with rose hips, pies (we didn't get any :( ), traditional Koryak cold food - "Tolkusha" made from shiksha berries and seal meat.
There were also contests for the holiday guests. Men, to the sound of a tambourine, performed a seal hunter's dance. Girls, again to the sound of a tambourine and singing something like "Pokamchau," vigorously moved their hips - this is exactly what this Koryak word refers to, the part of the body and the movement of it.
I don't have many good photos from the holiday, but I'll post them when they appear on local forums. Photo 4 - our three happy faces. Photo 5 - "Pokamchau."
November 4, evening.
Friends, mulled wine... and trains. Trains?!
Exactly. We gathered on a quiet Friday evening to play the board game "Ticket to Ride: Marklin Edition." This game is amazing in its versatility: it is easy to learn, but it has some strategic depth, and it is suitable for playing with family and friends. This game has a place of honor in my modest collection of board games, and I will start telling about them with it, which I have wanted to do for quite some time.
"Ticket to Ride" has several different versions, the differences between them are insignificant: some versions have new additional rules, and the map is different. Currently, there are maps of the USA, Europe, China, India, Germany, Scandinavia, and Switzerland. In our case, it is a map of Germany, as well as collectible cars from the world-famous "Marklin" company on cards, which produces models of locomotives and cars.
Players build roads between cities and complete their tasks. The player who scores the most victory points wins.
To build a road between two cities, you must first collect the required number of cards of a certain color, matching the color of the road, i.e., three green cards for a line of three green sections, seven yellow cards for a path of seven yellow sections.
There is a special deck of assignments ("Routes"). Each player takes several routes at the beginning of the game and can receive more during the game, but cannot discard them. The player receives points for completed routes and loses points for uncompleted routes, so you should approach the choice of routes with caution.
That's how the game goes. Players take turns, constantly collecting new cards and spending them on building routes. When one of the players has few plastic cars left, which are used to mark the built routes, the game comes to an end. It is most interesting to play with five players - there is fierce competition for free routes on the board, and it often happens that some routes cannot be completed due to the inability to bypass already occupied places.
One of the players was trying the game for the first time, and another had already forgotten the rules after six months, but this did not prevent them from having a good game and taking second and third place. I still took first place - it's not for nothing that in those games where direct confrontation is possible, everyone attacks me as the most experienced and strategic player
Summary (the format of the summary is shamelessly borrowed from Alexander Belyakov, one of the best board game reviewers on the Russian internet  ):
Number of players from 2 to 5 (optimal for 5)
Age from 10 years (other games in the series have a lower threshold - they are simpler)
Game duration 60-120 minutes.
Complexity 2/5
Thematicity 4/5
Randomness factor 2/5
Aggressiveness 2/5
Kingmaking 2/5
Components 5/5
Language dependence 0/5
Final score: 9/10

Photo 7: Everything is ready for the game.
Photo 8: Counting points.

November 3rd, morning. The board game store "Runa" opens. The photos (1-3) will tell you everything. Huge thanks to my friends and family, without them, I would never have managed.
Hold on, hold on, I don't understand something, and I have some unresolved doubts. Whose store is it, and who opened it?
