What about countries further west? Egypt, Babylon?

I found an article here about the state of Russian demographics. So, in about ten years, there will be fewer women than men, which means we will die out like mammoths. Uncle Putin is seriously concerned about this problem, even on a grand scale, but our state doesn't seem to notice the children whose parents have abandoned them. They don't have the right to a normal existence. So, only that layer of affluent citizens, potential voters, can be called "people." They "don't notice" a lot of things and pay much more attention to some things than they should. That's it. Don't believe the television. And regarding the skinheads, yes, they are not satisfied with the current state of affairs, and they are doing something, somehow resisting the system. I don't approve of their actions

I saw the classroom where I will be teaching for the first time. It's in the 5th grade. Poor kids, they are treated like they have intellectual disabilities. But the children are so funny, so good. They are mischievous, of course, but they will grow out of it with age. On Monday, I will conduct their first lesson. The topic is the culture of Ancient India. I will talk about the gods, Buddhism, inventions, and culture.
But I looked at their textbook - it's terrible! "Brahma is the supreme god of the Hindus." But he is a god to whom only one temple is dedicated in the entire country?!

That's not true. And it isn't accurate. The Mongols existed. They weren't immediately called the Golden Horde. They weren't any more cruel than any other people at that time. They were young, and they desired victory and glory. What are they to be blamed for? But textbooks, on the other hand, portray them as evil and cruel, as if all they did was kill people for no reason.

Well, that's their way of surviving. If this policy has been in place for a long time. There are two tribes: one develops agriculture, hunts, grows crops, and makes reserves, while the other builds up military power. They pump up their muscles and collect tribute from the working people a couple of times a year. This is beneficial for both. One group is fed, and the other is protected in case of invasion.

Well, regarding the "evil and cruel" part, I disagree. I personally have respect for Genghis Khan (especially since he's my namesake). And they killed those (at least in Russia) who refused to worship their gods while paying tribute. The Tatars and Mongols had a saying about such people – "true men" or something similar... I don't remember exactly, but the point is the same.

That doesn't exist. So, it's not true.

What exactly isn't true? That there was no yoke? :)
