Watched "Anything Else" by Woody Allen. Overall, I'm not a big fan of American films, but they do have some good ones, and this director's films can definitely be included in that list. Specifically about this film:
+Excellent theme about a loser, superbly developed and presented with great humor, especially the lines spoken by the character played by Woody Allen himself.
-Too much time is devoted to 18+ conversations, although there is no "pornography" in the film. In fact, this is great, as another American director would never have been able to resist.
Overall, the film is 8/10.

Yesterday, I stayed overnight at a friend's place, and we had nothing to do, so I decided to watch TV and stumbled upon the movie Grotto. The website says it's a comedy musical (I guessed it was a comedy, but I thought it might also be a parody of something, especially since another parody movie was playing before it). The plot revolves around a rock band and vampires. Interestingly, it features real rockers like Alice Cooper, Iggy Pop, and others (although not in the main roles). I wouldn't say the movie is amazing, but it's worth watching once; it's funny in places, and the actors seemed familiar and looked good, especially the bassist :3

I watched the movie Lifeguard. It's a decent movie, but I wouldn't watch it again. I would also change some moments, including the ending.

The movie "Rescuer" is good. Just remember that it's also, apparently, a state-funded project and an advertisement for patriotism.

Subplots and films are inextricably linked. Today, I watched "The Reader." It's a pretty good drama that touches on the topic of Nazism. One serious mistake stood out: a book in English is read aloud in German.

Watched Transformers 3. And what are you all complaining about? It's cool and full of meaning!

Looks like the last movie I watched and subsequently deleted was "The Mechanic" with Jason Statham.
The actor is good, but the movie is nothing special...

Midnight Movie
I recently saw this movie on TV. I would say it's a typical, run-of-the-mill horror film. I didn't particularly like the fact that the ghost-maniac killed almost everyone in the same way.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows #2
One movie isn't enough to cover all the events of the book, so at first, the abrupt transition from one action to another doesn't look very good, although it's decent overall. But the siege of Hogwarts is epic, the graphics are like in Crysis, and it's just awesome. I didn't regret it. I watched it in the cinema.

Kung Fu Panda - 2.
No miracle happened, and the second film was disappointing, to say the least. I watched the first one about ten times, and I watched the second one once, and I probably won't watch it again.

Harry Potter 7 - 2 hours. It didn't impress me much, just like the book. Except for the memories of Professor Snape...
And for the last few minutes, in the style of "19 years later," they could have chosen truly adult actors...

I liked the plot twist, like, he's the last Horcrux.
Otherwise, it's a mediocre movie, 6/10.

In general, I agree, but the book was more interesting, and they deviated a lot from the book, so 5/10.

Watched GenerationП, those who haven't read the book probably won't appreciate it. Those who have read it will find it not very interesting. The only thing worth watching is the acting. The book is much better, by far. Also watched Source Code, this one was better, the film would have been quite heavy if not for the happy ending. I won't spoil the plot, but it's decent. X-Men: First Class, I liked it, it's a good movie, I even regret not seeing it in the cinema.

Regarding the topic:
The epic siege of Hogwarts didn't impress me, either at the beginning or later on. I mean, the premise was worth 100 rubles, but the battle itself was only worth a penny. It felt like a watered-down battle; there were no flying creatures, everyone was just walking around on the ground, and I was hoping for dragons, harpies, battles on broomsticks, and all of that in one package... Out of 5, I'd give it a 4. (I haven't read the book.)
