New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
For those who like XL+U templates, 8mm6 and 8xm12 have been added to the list – that should be enough, in my opinion.
If you want something exotic, take Diamond, for example (it's good for HP games). L+U with companions.
8mm6/8mm6a, 8xm12/8xm12a, or 6lm10 – to me, they are all the same. Those who play them often and know the difference, tell me which of these three is superfluous, and we'll discard it. The map size and balance have been checked, and I don't see any reason to change them. However, I'd like to try a fifth, more exotic template. After searching through the templates again, the Triad template caught my attention. I don't have time to test it, but the description says that the strength of the guards is not great, and it also looks good. http://clip2net.com/clip/m27958
I don't know what kind of blockbuster it is, but Spider is complete garbage. There's a 100% chance of a rush in the early game.

It's ridiculous, you watch and people who are practically ancestors here discuss it, but they can't come to a consensus...
And EVERYONE IS ASHAMED TO OPENLY SEND A "REVERENCE" TO SOMEONE'S BENEFIT.
Of course, the Heroes players are smart, but you have to be the first, not united...
on fast maps, the chance of an early encounter is very high.
How can you even compare it to the Stronghold? After reading it, I thought, "half-baked" (in terms of richness), and after playing a few generations, it's immediately clear that there's nothing in common. First, it would be good to find individual, DISTINCT differences for all templates and "warn" players. Second, each template should be "tested" by a certain number of participants. Suggesting it for a tournament is fun, but not serious! Tournaments turn into mass starts, and their value decreases.
Everything should be different...
