Only with the opponent's consent!!! As the rule states, rules can be changed with the consent of both parties... Since a change was already made with the consent of both parties, then for a repeated consent, it must also be with the consent of both parties!!!
bRitvo4kA Andrey, I definitely think that Player B should not have been given the win. If both players decided to continue, then it means they were both willing to play on. In this case, Player B should have received a loss, in my opinion.

That player was me. I want to clarify the situation. On day 115, I caught the opponent's secondary hero with my main hero Dessa. It was right at that moment that I was asked whether I agreed to continue the game. I replied: "At the moment, it is advantageous for me to continue, so it's your opinion that decides." He said: "OK, let's continue." Getting the turn, the opponent brings out his main hero who was nearby, who is obviously much stronger than Dessa, and destroys her. I replied: "Well, in the current situation, it's no longer advantageous for me to continue, and I would like to exercise the right to a restart." He said: "But I asked you, and you said you agreed to continue, and the right to make such a decision is given to you only once!" As I understand section 4 of the rules, in such a situation there should be a restart including day 116 if at least one player insists on it. Is that not so? P.S. It also states that if both players agree to continue the game, it is their right. Did you agree to continue when you met? Yes. Well, then you continued. How can you insist on a restart when contact had already been established and you had already agreed to continue? I believe the rules mean to continue until the end of the game, not until there are further contacts and someone's situation changes for the worse.

Restart after the first encounter for maps 115-116-117 inclusive, depending on whether it's a fast, medium, or slow road respectively. An encounter is considered to be direct contact between players, i.e., any battle between them (a battle between any heroes, a battle with an enemy castle garrison, or mine). If an encounter occurs within the specified time frame, either opponent can request a restart. If both players agree to continue the game, the game continues. Subsequent encounters occurring within the specified time frames do not constitute grounds for a restart.
