Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.
Situation from one game, template SMKA. Player A, playing as Red on day 115 with Dessa, breaks through to Player B's respawn and attacks a scout hero. During this battle, both players come to a mutual agreement to continue the game further. Getting the turn, Player B trashes Player A's GG, after which the latter leaves the game and claims that it is now disadvantageous for him and he wants to exercise the right to a rematch for the meeting. Question: does he have that right in this situation?
That player was me. I want to clarify the situation. On day 115, I caught the opponent's secondary hero with my main hero Dessa. It was right at that moment that I was asked whether I agreed to continue the game. I replied: "At the moment, it is advantageous for me to continue, so it's your opinion that decides." He said: "OK, let's continue." Getting the turn, the opponent brings out his main hero who was nearby, who is obviously much stronger than Dessa, and destroys her. I replied: "Well, in the current situation, it's no longer advantageous for me to continue, and I would like to exercise the right to a restart." He said: "But I asked you, and you said you agreed to continue, and the right to make such a decision is given to you only once!" As I understand section 4 of the rules, in such a situation there should be a restart including day 116 if at least one player insists on it. Is that not so? P.S. In addition to this one, I also lost one more map. I am grateful to bRitvo4kA for giving me the opportunity to play with him and get an idea of A-class play. I hope for a chance to take revenge :)
