Tournament dates.
The first tour will start on 30.04. at approximately 14-30 and last until 2-00 in the morning. Unfortunately, we'll start late, so we might not finish everything. It's possible that some games will have to be completed later.

Second tour. May 1 from 10-00 to 22-00. I hope they should play; in extreme cases, we'll extend the tour by an hour.

Third tour. May 2 from 10-00 to 22-00.

Fourth tour. May 3 from 10-00 to 22-00.

Fifth tour. May 4, shortened again because guests are leaving in the evening. By this time, the number of players will have decreased significantly and we can adjust as the tournament progresses. Or we'll start on May 3 with a postponement or something else – we'll see.

I am sure that with normal organization and understanding from the players, it is quite possible to play 5 tours in 5 days.

About guests' leisure.
For some reason, this is what most questions are about. Our city is small, so everything is located compactly. There is a main street of the city – Sovetskaya, pedestrian, with old buildings, bards playing, paragliders flying, cafes, cinemas, bars, open-air cafes, wonderful parks in the middle of the street, many beautiful girls; life boils until late at night. In general, you can walk along it and stroll.
By the way, the dormitory is located 20 meters from this street, next to the city administration, so it's the city center.
If anyone prefers the "Michurinsk" hotel, it is also located on Sovetskaya St., just a few blocks further.
Essentially, there are several cafes where you can sit.

There is Lipetsk Highway, where a decent night club "Zavod" is located: restaurant, bar, dance floor, karaoke (Kverti – personally for you). Entrance – 150 rubles; imho the club is no worse than others. Also on Lipetsk Highway there are a couple of good cafes, including "Favorit", where the Heroes crowd likes to gather. And I live there too.

There is also bowling on Lavrova St. It's so-so, much better in Tambov, but you can throw balls for a couple of hours at night.

Decent cafe "21st Century" on Mira St., at least the chef was excellent there; I sat in that cafe with Napalm about five years ago.

We will be playing on Slavy Square; lots of different military equipment, monuments, but the cafes aren't that great. There is a stop nearby – better to take the bus to Internatsionalnaya Street two stops to the pizzeria or "Traktir", where they cook well.
Or stock up in the shops on the square, they are near the club – the best shop is "Iceberg", worse ones are Slavyanka and Magnit, imho.

End of tournament.
As far as possible, I will try to see you off personally; Michurinsk-Uralsky is a 5-minute leisurely walk from the club, Michurinsk-Voronezhsky – only by taxi.

Expenses, besides travel to Michurinsk.
Minimal. Dormitory – 200 rub. per day.
Club – well, about 800 rub. for 5 days, or maybe we'll agree on it for free.
Food – you can survive on 100-150 rub. a day. Or you can go to night clubs and bowling alleys; it still won't be much, prices are much cheaper than in Moscow or St. Petersburg.

1) 5.5 points out of 9 games in live play for Vitalik (combined from the qualifying round and the final, including the game against Marcon) is not the same as the 90+% win rate he showed before the accusations.

2) Accusations of cheating and accusations of weak play are different things. The second accusation was not seriously made against Vitalik (at least not seriously:cool:). It's surprising that people who are trying to prove the accusations of cheating wrong so often use such an unrelated argument. If you follow their logic, it is necessary to introduce an anti-"black mark" system and give it to everyone who scores above 50% in live tournaments.

To date, 3 club Tournaments have been held or are underway – Siberia, Yekaterinburg, and Michurinsk. Two more face-to-face Tournaments are planned – Kingisepp and St. Petersburg. I have no doubt about the competence of the people organizing them; I think that five face-to-face Tournaments is very good, at least a couple of years ago, there weren't even that many. The Tournaments are small, with 8-10 people, but the best representatives from their communities are selected for them. I would like to see qualifying rounds held in Moscow and Ukraine, as last year, but the situation there is more difficult. Possible final lineup. If we hold 5 face-to-face Tournaments, we will gather a lineup for the final that represents different regions. Perhaps there will be more Tournaments and participants. But the main principle – only participants from the face-to-face qualifiers play – must be preserved. Otherwise, it is easy to go downhill (providing places without selecting the strongest players -> providing quotas to just good people -> quotas for friends -> places for anyone). If the winner of the qualifying champ cannot play, then it is better for the person who came in 4th or 5th place to play. If we can agree with each other normally, without arguing, then the final lineup will be strong. Location of the final. They say – Michurinsk.
