CIS Club Championship 2010-2011

Undoubtedly, the most objective status of the CIS Champion will be when it is played in a "live" game against each other.

But I don't see anything wrong with, as an alternative for the future, having this title played among all who want and can participate in the Tournaments, based on one of the Resources. The game is not live, that's true, but I think it will be no less honorable to win the Title, and the Title itself should be no less significant than the Title played "live", because more players will be able to participate in its competition.

The system with Qualifiers is the same, but through the Internet.

By all means!, but taking into account the problems voiced by Vic, only after a certain percentage of interested parties votes for replacing online with offline:

Unfortunately, as long as there is a problem with cheating, the prestige of any online tournaments will be lower than that of similar tournaments in real life.

Or, the real problem with holding an online tournament will arise only in Moscow, hence the option: any contender from Moscow must take no lower than n - x place in any other qualifying tournament, where n is the place in the qualifying tournament, x is what we are voting for, ideally 0, preferably 1.

P.S. I don't know, but I suggest that the participants of the final match in Kyiv in the upcoming final be allowed to skip the qualifiers without the right to transfer (only 1st and 2nd place in the Kyiv tournament pass, without taking into account refusals/withdrawals) - I don't know if they need it or not, but the guys deserve it.
