CIS Club Championship 2010-2011

Undoubtedly, the most objective status of CIS Champion will be when it is determined through a live game against each other. However, I don't see anything wrong with, as an alternative for the future, having this title contested among all who want and can participate in a Tournament, based on one of the Resources. The game is not live, that's true, but I think it will be no less honorable to win the Title, and the Title itself should be no less significant than the Title contested in a live game, because more players will be able to participate in its contest. The system with Qualifiers remains the same, but it will be done online.
