1. The tournament starts on July 31 (you can start playing now), ends on December 5. On December 6, the results will be summed up and the Winner will be announced, who will be awarded a Cup under the avatar:
http://forum.heroesworld.ru/awards.php?do=viewaward&award_id=71
2. The tournament is held in a round robin system. Everyone plays against each other. There are 9 matches. Draw for rounds, deadlines and colors in the next post.
The deadline for one game is 2 weeks. You can play in any order.
3. For each played match, participants must submit a report and confirmation. Please attach save files of the matches to the reports. Save files of all matches must be saved until the end of the tournament and presented upon first request from the tournament organizers or any member of the AC.
4. 1 point is awarded for a win, 0.5 for a draw (a draw will only be counted if there are reports from both participants), and 0 for a loss. The player with the most points will be our Winner. In case of a tie, the Winner will be determined by the Berger coefficient. To correctly calculate the Berger coefficient, the following rule will be used: if a participant has played less than 50% of the matches (i.e., 4 or fewer), he will be disqualified and the results of his played matches will be annulled.
5. Information on the progress of the tournament will be updated once a week on Mondays.
6. All games of the tournament go into the seasonal rating. Information will be provided to the host of the seasonal rating on the 1st-2nd day of the month following the past one.
7. You need to arrange games in this thread. If you have difficulties arranging a game, immediately inform the organizer about it, and do not wait until the last week of the tournament. We will try to find a suitable option.
8. Players who have been banned are not allowed to participate in the tournament. If any of the players is given a ban during the tournament, he will be disqualified and his results will be canceled. The issue of participation in the tournament of players listed in the Black List is decided by the Organizers individually.
9. If you cannot play for some time (more than one week) during the tournament for any reason, notify the organizer about it.
III. Rules and templates.
1. The tournament is held according to the Rules for organizing, conducting and participating in tournaments. All changes that will be introduced there during the tournament will also be adopted here.
2. Game version SoD 3.2 (4.0) or by mutual agreement TE 1.03q, TE Lite, WT, turn time 6 minutes, may change by mutual agreement.
3. First, the players choose a template.
The choice of template is made by selecting from a list of 7 templates: 2SM4d(3), Balance, Mini-Nostalgia, Panic, 8mm6/8mm6a, Jebus Cross, 8xm12/8xm12a. Blue starts choosing.
/Example:
Pit :
1. panic
Dirty_Player :
2. 8mm6а
Pit :
3. balance
Dirty_Player :
4. 2SM4d(3)
Pit :
5. Mini-Nostalgia
Dirty_Player :
6. 8xm12a
We play on Jebus Cross./
After this, the players select a castle. The blue player starts as usual.
The rules for 2SM4d(3) are exactly the same as the seasonal rules - /topic/at/298363/
Differences for Panic and Balance:
Map settings - L without dungeon, two players, difficulty 130% (queen).
Description of Panic - /topic/at/328119/
Description of Balance - /topic/at/338038/
Differences for Mini-Nostalgia:
- Players choose computers in turn, one at a time. Blue player starts choosing. There should be no repetitions or coincidences with the castles of the players. Before the start of the game, the host assigns the selected castles to the computers.
Reason - to avoid double builds.
- It is allowed to run to neighboring respawn points bypassing shifted guards (except for GO).
Reason - computers ignore shifted guards, so it is also possible for players to avoid any tricks.< In addition, it is much easier to break through to the computer than to take its castle, so there is no point in this restriction.
Description of Mini-Nostalgia - /topic/at/377759/
Differences for 8mm6/8mm6a and 8xm12/8xm12a:
- Map settings XL+U, 2 people + 6 computers, difficulty 160%.
- Restart on slow roads. Taken if desired by at least one of the opponents immediately after map generation.
- Allowed to go from spawn to spawn, without breaking through shifted guards.
- If level 1, 6, 7 upgrade is made in Conflux or level 4 in Necropolis in a computer's castle, then upgrading your troops of these levels and hiring upgraded versions of creatures is prohibited. If an Amplifier of Necromancy is built, then vampire upgrades are prohibited, and additional skeletons do not need to be disbanded.
- Restart at the request of the player who has the only road leading to the treasure zone guard. It is taken on the day this fact is discovered, but no later than turn 114.
- Restart at the request of the player who has a strong block that cannot be bypassed. The strength of the block is determined by mutual agreement between the players or judges. It is taken on the day this fact is discovered, but no later than turn 113.
- Restart at the request of the player whose castle does not have a road (castle in the field, very rare case). It is taken immediately after map generation.

- Restart on slow roads. Taken if desired by at least one of the opponents immediately after map generation.
- Using "Angel Wings" and spells "Flight" and "Dimension Door" when moving from one zone to another is allowed only if the guard between them is broken.
- In case of buggy passages between zones, it is possible to go to a neighboring zone only if the GO in the center is broken from both zones.
