Specifically, about the Kingisepp tournament – I'm too lazy to look for that post now, but back then, Nagan spoke about Kingisepp in a way that it was more of a Heroes gathering than a tournament, where the main focus was on entertainment and poker, and the participants didn't really care about Heroes. I have been closely following Kingisepp for 4 years (that is, 4 tournaments) and also participated in the tournament before last. I consider this tournament, in which the strongest Heroes players regularly (almost always) play (Alex, MikeSPB, Bayazet, Roland), to be the most "favorable" in terms of conditions for serious competition: the number of days for games is greater than in the CIS final + excellent facilities + a decisive, experienced, and respected organizer, Napalm.
