Eric, you're not entirely right here. I can't say anything about the last one (2010), but absolutely all the other tournaments were accompanied by excellent reports and stories as they unfolded. We have corresponding threads on Bay (like this one) about Kingisepp. Our forum is small, so I think anyone who wants to can easily find the threads.
Napalm, by the way, encouraged everyone by deducting points (1 point each) from those who didn't write and confirm reports. It worked well – everyone wrote. And, fortunately, the internet was completely free in Kingisepp. I, by the way, almost paid for it in Michurinsk – luckily, they told me to disconnect the internet, or it would have been on for 24 hours. :)
