Help, I want to create a scene with creatures like in the first campaign of the Hammers of Fate. I want the creatures to fight on the map; what do I need to do for this? I've read everything, but I don't understand:confused:
PlayObjectAnimation(script name of the creature, animation type, animation style)
The script name of the creature is set in the menu on the left
Animation type ("rangeattack", "attack01", "specability", "death", "hit", "happy", "idle00", "stir00")
Animation style: IDLE - periodic, ONESHOT - single, after the animation, the object returns to its previous position, ONESHOT_STILL - after the animation, the object remains in the final position.
Also, please provide a link to the relevant section in the manual.
where do I need to change the creature's name? I can't figure it out. Please write the path to the name that needs to be changed.
I don't have anything in the name field when I place a monster, and the table where you need to enter the name is at the bottom.
I enter soldat1 there, and nothing happens.

Just in case...
You are right about the editor not being expanded. It's likely that this is what's causing the issue. I'll keep looking, but I can't provide my own. I have version 3.0 of the game, which is a licensed copy.
I updated to version 3.1, but it still doesn't work. I don't know what else to do. Do you know how to create mods?
In the profile folder, in the editor file, change 1 to 0 in the line setvar map_editor_mode. And voila, the editor is expanded.

It seems you don't have the expanded editor, but this shouldn't affect it. You need to enter soldat1 and specifically in the name field. Then save. For reliability, place a skeleton or zombie. Test it on an empty map (where there are no other scripts).
