I think a video recording and the testimony of a single defense witness would be quite sufficient for legal proceedings; the prosecution would likely disregard their testimony due to its extreme confusion and inconsistencies.

I've been to court. I have some lawyer friends. I have life experience in general.

Why are you spreading all this nonsense then? Ask lawyers about what types of testimonies are accepted, which are not, and what weight each one carries. Also, learn about the difference between a fact observed by a witness and their conclusion about it.

You don't need to be a super-lawyer to understand that the court can believe the witness's testimony and take it into account, or it might not; it's logical, right?

To believe in "maybe yes, maybe no," you don't even need to have finished kindergarten :).

I have to comment on this. I am generally a quite reasonable person when sober, but sometimes I get insulted on HW, and after a few beers, I sometimes lose my temper. I get points immediately and without any problems for that, although others are often forgiven, but that's just double standards, a reality of life, and there's nothing you can do about it. HOWEVER, it is absolutely unthinkable and unacceptable for me to go to work or make decisions as a potential member of the Arbitration Committee while intoxicated. Taking this into account, I would ask those who voted against me to withdraw their votes.
