This guy is practically constantly on the verge of a permanent ban for any offense. I haven't noticed any qualities in him that would be useful for the AC.

I have to comment on this. I am generally a quite reasonable person when sober, but sometimes I get insulted on HW, and after a few beers, I sometimes lose it. For this, I immediately and without problems receive penalty points, although others are often forgiven, but this is a double standard, a reality, and there's nothing you can do about it. BUT, it is absolutely unthinkable and unacceptable for me to come to work or make decisions as a potential member of the AC while intoxicated. Considering this, I would ask those who voted against me to withdraw their votes.
