It all began with the sudden death of the city mayor. People were certain it was a murder. After long arguments, it was decided to execute a local cop who, as it later turned out, was innocent... But that was only the beginning; every day people found two bodies. A local authority figure, "Striped Dragon," decided to stop the atrocities once and for all. What happened next is unknown:
Some say "Striped" emerged victorious, others that he perished, and some say that he joined the mafia.
