Posts from Amendment to section 5.2.1 of the Hv rules (regarding quick-cast spells).
Should point 5.2.1 be removed from the rules?
5.2.1. All specialist heroes with magic skills of level 4, as well as the Necromancer (Raise Dead), can use their specific spells against an opponent in the following cases...
5.2.1. That is, against neutral monsters, against the computer, or against an opponent, spells cannot be used without fulfilling the above conditions.
I suggest canceling the second one, i.e., against neutrals and computers, everything can be used without restrictions!
To Dirty: there is no need to mislead and take phrases out of context.
I didn't mislead anyone. I just pointed out that the numbering of the rules is slightly off, that's all.
"That is..."
Although, personally, it seems illogical to me that a specialist in spells against neutrals and companions can freely use spells, but if he trains someone, then he needs to fulfill sub-items a) or b) or c).

Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth...
These requirements don't need to be met by hero-specialists, which is why we're discussing it – to give mages a chance (although scorp consistently defeats me with towers). But when a mage starts teaching hero-warriors various resurrection spells and the like, that's a different story.
I suggest adding another rule: allowing a player to take a restart on turn 1 in case of a bugged situation – when their starting hero, a specialist in ballista (Christian, Gurnisson, Arlash, Gervulf, Torosar, Pir) or in first aid tent (Rion, Gem, Verdish), doesn't have these items.
+1 - I support this.

It seems that tent heroes (except Gem) always arrive with a tent, and among the listed artillery heroes, Peer and Torosar often arrive without a ballista. As for Gervulf and Christian, I'm not sure, but they almost always arrive with a ballista, while Gurn and Arlar have never been seen without a ballista by me.

Yes, this is necessary!
just need to clarify:
tent-bearers definitely always come with a tent,
