Amendment to section 5.2.1 of the Hv rules (regarding quick-cast spells).
The funniest thing is that there are 2 points in the rules, 5.2.1 :D
5.2.1. All specialist heroes with magic skills of level 4, as well as the Necromancer (Raise Dead), can use their specific spells against an opponent in the following cases...
5.2.1. That is, against neutral monsters, against the computer, or against an opponent, spells cannot be used without fulfilling the above conditions.
I suggest canceling the second one, i.e., against neutrals and computers, everything can be used without restrictions!
