While waiting for FMA2, I downloaded Last Exile. I'll give it a try and see what kind of anime it is; it seems to be steampunk as well. ~ Usually, special episodes for anime are made for one reason: to make more money from the original titles, and they don't usually generate much interest. Pleasant exceptions are quite rare. Rozen Maiden Ouverture is one of these few exceptions.

What would you recommend I watch first? :)

Well, probably some movie. Spirited Away, for example. Although it's not exactly anime, but still.

Okay, I've already downloaded "Spirited Away," I'll check it out; it seems pretty good. And I have another question – "Death Note," is that a series or a movie? I was just browsing locally, and I found some black and white comics, by the way, they're pretty good too.

Comics are manga. Death Note can be considered a series, but it has a limited number of episodes.

Well, they all have their limitations. You can check out Desunot, although many people tend to overestimate its quality.

I watched "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" and I liked it! "Lucky Star" is next on my list...
